Akvavit, Lemon Gin Liqueur

Ingredients:
- ¼ Muddled Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 oz Egg White
- ¼ oz 2-1 Agave Syrup
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- ½ oz Bols Blue Curacao
- 1 oz Sheringham Lemon Gin
- ½ oz Sheringham Akvavit
Method:
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin, muddle ¼ of a yellow bell pepper with other liquids and add ice. Shake, double strain into rocks glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a dried lemon wheel and serve in a vintage, 80s Margarita glass over crushed ice.
