Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my spirits?
Quarterly shipments are scheduled for the second Tuesday of February, March, August, and November. Your first shipment will be included in the next eligible quarterly release.
Can I choose which spirits I receive?
Yes! Both paid memberships include personalized spirit selections. Our team will coordinate available choices with you ahead of each quarterly shipment.
Can I choose any spirit for my personalized selection?
Absolutely! Your membership allows you to personalize your quarterly selections with your favourite Sheringham spirits. Premium and limited-release spirits may be available for an additional charge, based on the price difference between a standard spirit and your selected upgrade.
Is shipping included?
Yes. Shipping is included in both paid membership tiers, subject to eligible delivery areas.
Will my membership automatically renew
Paid memberships will not automatically renew. We will send a reminder that your membership is ending.
Where is The Insiders Club available?
Our paid Insiders Club memberships are currently available to eligible residents of British Columbia, Canada, where we can legally ship our spirits.
