A herbaceous, oceanic variation on the gimlet.
Flavour Profile: Sour, Sweet
Difficulty: Medium
Ingredients:
- 1 2/3 oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
- 1/3 oz Green Chartreuse
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Honey Syrup
- Splash of Soda
Method:
Add all ingredients except soda into shaker tin, shake vigorously, fine strain into coupe, top with splash of soda, and serve.
