Akvavit

A herbaceous and fruity Akvavit sour, with hints of apple, star anise, and celery.

Difficulty: Medium
Ingredients:
- 1 dash Celery Bitters
- 1.5 oz Sheringham Akvavit
- 0.5 oz Calvados
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Method:
Add all ingredients into shaker tin, shake, double strain into chilled tumbler glass over ice, and garnish with a small celery stalk.
