A bright and fruity riff on the classic margarita cocktail.
Flavour Profile: Bitter, Sweet
Difficulty: Simple
Ingredients:
- 1/3 oz Maple Syrup
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- ½ oz Reposado Tequila
- 1 ½ oz Lemon Gin
Method:
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice. Shake and double strain into a sea-salt rimmed rocks glass. Garnish with fresh Thyme and serve over fresh ice.
