A complex, herbaceous, and vegetal gin sour.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Sheringham Lemon Gin Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Basil Blanco Tequila
- 3/4 oz Tart Tomato Water
- 1/3 oz Orgeat
Method:
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice, roll/throw three times, fine strain.
