A delicate and floral gin sour.
Flavour Profile: Sweet
Difficulty: Simple
Ingredients:
- ½ oz 1-1 Honey Syrup
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- ¼ oz Lychee Liqueur
- ½ oz Daiginjo Sake
- 1 ½ Sheringham Raincoast Gin
Method:
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin, shake and double strain into a rocks glass with a large cube. Garnish with seasonal edible flowers.
