A spirit-forward gin drink with buttered oak notes and subtle bitterness.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
- 1 1/4 oz Brown Butter Sweet Vermouth
- 1/4 oz Oaked Fernet Branca
- 1 Dash Thyme Saline Solution
Method:
Add all ingredients into a mixing tin, add ice, stir, chill and dilute, strain.
