Lemon Gin Liqueur
Coconut Lemon Smash
A very refreshing, low ABV cocktail with tropical notes.
Flavour Profile: Sweet
Difficulty: Simple
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Sheringham Lemon Gin Liqueur
- 3 oz Coconut Water
- 6 Mint Sprigs
Method:
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin and shake with ice. Double strain into a Collins glass, over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel, mint sprig.
