- 1.5 oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
- 0.5 oz Suze
- 0.25 oz Dry Curacao
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz 2-1 Honey Syrup
Add all ingredients into shaker tin, shake, double strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
