Ingredients:

  • 1 2/3 oz Sheringham Sirene Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1/3 oz Fernet Branca
  • 4 oz Hot Coffee
  • 1 oz Floated Whipped Cream

Method:

Carefully pour boiled water into specialty coffee glass. Build drink in order listed above. Float whip cream last with bar spoon.
