Beacon (Kazuki) Gin

A gin sour with floral notes of cherry blossom, bitter cherry and star anise.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Beacon (Kazuki) Gin
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz 1-1 Honey Syrup
- 3 Dashes Peychauds Bitters
Method:
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin, shake, double strain. Serve up in a Nick & Nora with an edible flower garnish (preferably cherry blossom).
