Flavour Profile: Fruity, Sweet

Difficulty: Simple

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Sparkle-Infused Sheringham Lemon Gin *
  • .5 oz Simple Syrup
  • .75 oz Lemon juice
  • 3 oz Prosecco

Method:

*Sparkle infused Sheringham Lemon Gin: add 1 teaspoon of gold food grade sparkles to bottle of gin. Shake until mixed well. Add more to your liking.

In a shaker add all ingredients except Prosecco, shake, strain into a Champagne Flute and top with Prosecco. Add a lemon twist to the glass as a garnish.
