Ingredients:
- .25 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
- Top with Lemon Ginger Kombucha
Method:
Ice glassware. Build in lemon juice in a Collins glass, Sheringham seaside gin, top with lemon ginger kombucha, and garnish with a lemon twist.

Born and raised in Victoria and on the Sooke River, I was constantly surrounded by the forest and coastlines. Since I was young, I developed an eye, nose, and taste for the nature around us. Choosing a career filled with botanicals and alchemy with spirits was a no-brainer. Currently, you can find me mixing, stirring, and shaking behind the bar at Wind Cries Mary. It's a place where I can let my love for botanicals and incorporating them into delicious treats flourish, along with my passion for spending way too much time talking to guests.
