Beachside Bliss’ bright and citrusy profile brings a burst of sunshine and a subtle interplay of sweet and salty.

Flavour Profile: Sweet, Tart

Difficulty: Medium

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
  • .75 oz Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz Simple Syrup
  • Egg White
  • 2 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters
  • Pinch of Salt

Method:

Add all ingredients to shaker tin except ice. Dry shake, add ice, wet shake, double strain and serve in a coupe with a Grapefruit twist to garnish.
