Beacon (Kazuki) Gin

A creamy, fruity and spiced gin sour.
Flavour Profile: Bitter
Difficulty: Medium
Ingredients:
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- ½ oz Guava Syrup
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Nigori Sake
- 1 oz Sheringham Beacon (Kazuki) Gin
Method:
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin, shake and double strain into a small coupe. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
