The Apple Doesn’t Fall Far from the Tree

A spicier, fruitier Corpse Reviver.

Flavour Profile: Fruity, Spicy

Difficulty: Simple

Ingredients:

  • 0.75 oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
  • 0.75 oz Apple liqueur, preferably one with spiced, confectionary notes like Nectar by Alchemist.
  • 0.75 oz Amaro Montenegro
  • 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Method:

Measure and pour all ingredients into a mixing tin and stir for 10-15 seconds, until diluted and chilled.
Strain into a chilled vintage Coupe, garnish with a piece of dehydrated apple and enjoy.

    Born and raised in Victoria and on the Sooke River, I was constantly surrounded by the forest and coastlines. Since I was young, I developed an eye, nose, and taste for the nature around us. Choosing a career filled with botanicals and alchemy with spirits was a no-brainer. Currently, you can find me mixing, stirring, and shaking behind the bar at Wind Cries Mary.
