Sirene Chocolate Liqueur
A clarified chocolate and whisky punch with notes of vanilla, coffee, chocolate, and citrus.
Flavour Profile: Bitter, Sweet
- 2 1/2 oz Sheringham Sirene Chocolate Liqueur
- 2 1/2 oz Blended Scotch Whisky
- 150 g Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 40 g Cascara Oleo Saccharum
Add all ingredients into mixing tin, stir 3 times to allow the clarifying process to begin. Pour liquid through a coffee filter and fine mesh strainer. Allow time for liquid to pass through. Store clear liquid in mason jar, label, date, put in the fridge.
