A decadent and lightly smoked gin sour.

  • 1 1/2 oz Sheringham London Dry Gin
  • 1/4 oz Caramelized Banana Liqueur
  • 1/4 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • Burnt with Islay Whisky


Sous vide Banana Liqueur in a bag for 6-8 hours at 70 degrees to caramelize the Banana Liqueur. Rinse glass with smoky Islay Whisky and discard, add all other ingredients into shaker tin over ice, shake vigorously, double strain, and serve.
