A tart, sweet, herbaceous, and fruity gin sour.
Flavour Profile: Bitter, Sour, Sweet
- 1 1/2 oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
- 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 4 Muddled Raspberries
- 1 oz Egg White
Muddle raspberries in shaker, add rest of ingredients and dry shake (no ice). Add ice and shake again. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
