Located at Unit #107- 5380 University Blvd, this exclusive event will feature a welcome cocktail and stand-up reception, as well as a delicious five course dinner menu paired with unique spirits from Sheringham Distillery.
Jason MacIsaac, our Co-Founder & Master Distiller, will be in attendance walking us through the spirit making process for each spirit. Bar Manager/ Cocktail Director Aman Nijjar will be crafting exquisite cocktails using Sheringham spirits paired with Executive Chef Warren Chow’s dishes.
Indulge in a culinary experience like no other as you savour the flavours of locally sourced ingredients and expertly crafted cocktails. This is a 19+ event, and there are no menu substitutions.
*There will be Lumette non-alc cocktail pairing options for those that aren’t drinking alcohol.
