Sheringham spirits are joined with a vibrant citrus zing!

  • 1.5oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
  • 0.5 Sheringham Beacon (Kazuki) Gin
  • 0.5oz Sheringham Akvavit
  • 0.5oz Cucumber Syrup*
  • 1oz Lime Juice
  • 1 Cucumber Slice


In a shaker tin, muddle the cucumber slice, then pour in the spirits, lime juice and cucumber syrup with plenty of ice. Shake hard for 10 seconds and fine-strain into a chilled Coupe glass. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon or slice.

*Cucumber syrup Method:

Add 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar and 5 cucumber slices to a pot and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain out the cucumber slices and let cool down to room temperature before storing in the fridge.
