Slightly briney, balanced Gin, cool and refreshing.
Flavour Profile: Dry
- 2.25 oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
- .75 oz seaweed soaked dry Vermouth*
Mix gin and Vermouth and a pinch of sea water or saline solution into an ice filled cocktail shaker and shake until chilled. Pour into glass and garnish with seaweed.
Soak seaweed or Nori in Vermouth for one to two hours. Remove seaweed and refrigerate vermouth until needed.
