Flavour Profile: Bitter
- 1 pinch Sea-Salt
- ¼ oz Martini Bianco Vermouth
- ½ oz Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
- 2 oz Sheringham Raincoast Gin
Add all ingredients into a mixing tin, stir until chilled and diluted, strain into a frozen martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve on ice in a Martini glass or small coupe.
