Seaside Gin

A light blue gin and tonic with oceanic tasting notes.

Difficulty: Complex
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
- 1/4 oz Fino Sherry
- 1/4 oz Blue Curacao
- 1/4 oz Lime Oleo Citrate
- 1/4 oz Tonic Syrup
- 1 1/2 oz Soda Water
Method:
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin, reserving the tonic for later. Add ice, roll/throw three times, fine strain over a large cube. Pour soda water down ribbed bar-spoon into bottom of the glass. Stir three times.
