A floral and refreshing Moscow mule variation.
Flavour Profile: Bitter, Sour, Sweet
- 1 1/2 oz Sheringham Kazuki Gin
- 1/2 oz Lychee Liqueur
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1/3 oz 2-1 Honey
- 3 oz Ginger Beer
- Mint Sprig
Add all ingredients into shaker tin, reserving ginger beer for later. Add ice, shake, and double strain into Collins glass over ice. Pour ginger beer down ribbed bar spoon. Stir three times. Garnish with mint sprig.
