Ingredients:
- 1 oz Sheringham Rhubarb Gin Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Peruvian Pisco
- 1/2 oz Lactic Raspberry
- 1 oz Soda
- 1 oz Sparkling Wine
Method:
Build ingredients in order over ice in small wine glass. Stir three times.
