Limited edition Stormwatcher Gin with a tiki inspired twist. Perfect for cold months wishing you were somewhere warmer

Flavour Profile: Fruity, Sour, Spicy

Difficulty: Simple

Ingredients:

  • 1.5os Stormwatcher gin
  • 0.5oz Mezcal
  • 1oz Lime juice
  • 0.5oz orange syrup
  • Tajin rim

Rim a rocks glass with Tajin. Add all other ingredients to a shaker tin, add ice and shake. Add ice to the rocks glass and fine strain cocktail over ice. Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel.
