Pairing our limited edition Stormwatcher Gin with our Rosemary & Orange bitters is the perfect cocktail for colder months.

Flavour Profile: Bitter, Dry, Savory

Difficulty: Simple

Ingredients:

  • 21.5oz Sheringham Stormwatcher gin
  • 0.5oz Benedictine
  • White sugar cube
  • 2 dashes of Sheringham Rosemary & Orange bitters
  • Burnt orange peel

Add sugar cube and bitters to a mixing glass, stir to a paste. Add Stormwatcher gin and Benedictine and stir to dissolve sugar. Add ice and stir. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube and garnish with a burnt orange twist
