Sheringham Sweet Tea

1.5 oz Sheringham Vodka
4 oz Chilled Black Tea
1 oz Simple Syrup
Juice of 1 Fresh Squeezed Lemon

In a tall Collins glass add all ingredients. Top with ice and stir. Garnish with a lemon wedge or a sprig of lemon balm from the garden. If you are like us, make this recipe by the pitcher by multiplying it by 4.

Vodka Honey Old Fashioned

2oz Vodka
0.5oz honey syrup (1:1 honey and hot water)
2 dashes orange bitters
2 dashes tobacco leaf bitters
Zest of lemon

In a rocks glass add a cheek of lemon zest, vodka, and honey syrup. Muddle the lemon zest to release oils. Add bitters and ice. Stir and strain into ice filled rocks glass. Garnish with fresh zest of Lemon

Classic vodka martini

2 oz. Sheringham Vodka
¼ oz. Martini and Rossi, White
1½ oz. Cocktail Olives

Combine vodka and vermouth in a shaker full of ice. Stir with a cocktail spoon and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an olive skewer.

dash of Fee’s Brothers Grapefruit Bitter

VODKA SOUR

1½ oz. Sheringham Vodka
¾ oz. Lemon Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
½ Egg White

GLASS – champagne coupe
METHOD – add all to shaker (no ice), give a vigorous shake, add ice, shake vigorously again and strain into glass
GARNISH – dash of bitters for decoration

Embargoed Mojito

When you can't find rum, only the finest of vodkas will do!

1.5oz Sheringham Vodka
1/2 a Lime cut into small segments
Juice of 1/2 a Lime
3/4oz Cane Sugar Syrup
1 Handful Fresh Mint
Soda to Taste

In a shaker tin add your Lime wedges, Sugar Syrup, and Vodka. Muddle well. Add lime juice, fresh mint, and ice. Shake well and pour without straining into a Collins glass. Rinse the shaker with a splash of soda and top the glass with soda. Garnish with sprig of mint and a lime wheel.

Moscow Mule

2 oz. Sheringham Vodka
1½ oz. New Theatre’s Dead Snail Ginger Ale
4 oz. Soda Water
½ a Lime

GLASS – copper mug
METHOD – build over ice and stir gently with a swizzle stick or bar spoon
GARNISH – half a lime squeezed into mug

Best Brunch Caesar

2 oz. Sheringham Vodka
Walter Mild Caesar Mix
½ oz. Fable-made or fav BBQ sauce
1 oz. fresh Organic Lime Juice
spice to taste

Rim a 16 oz. glass with lemon pepper, build in the glass over ice, stir well. Garnish with bacon (we use our house smoked), pickled beans and lime wedge.
