Island Manhatten

1½ oz. Sheringham William's White
½ oz. Odd Society Bittersweet Vermouth
2 dashes Orange Bitters
1 each Maraschino Cherry

Combine all ingredients except the cherry into an ice filled martini shaker. Stir with a cocktail spoon and strain into a chilled martini glass.

½ oz. Woods Amaro
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth (Punt e Mes)

GLASS – rocks glass
METHOD – stir ingredients well with ice in a mixing glass, let sit for a minute, then strain into a glass over fresh ice
GARNISH – orange peel

METHOD – over lots of ice
GARNISH – 3 slices of cucumber

Dash of Fee’s Brothers Cherry Bitters
Arbutus Baba Yaga Absinthe Spritz

GLASS – old fashion
METHOD – stir & strain neat into an absinthe rinsed glass
GARNISH – lemon thyme & lemon twist
