Classic vodka martini

2 oz. Sheringham Vodka
¼ oz. Martini and Rossi, White
1½ oz. Cocktail Olives

Combine vodka and vermouth in a shaker full of ice. Stir with a cocktail spoon and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an olive skewer.

VODKA SOUR

1½ oz. Sheringham Vodka
¾ oz. Lemon Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
½ Egg White

GLASS – champagne coupe
METHOD – add all to shaker (no ice), give a vigorous shake, add ice, shake vigorously again and strain into glass
GARNISH – dash of bitters for decoration

2 oz. Sheringham Vodka
1½ oz. New Theatre’s Dead Snail Ginger Ale
4 oz. Soda Water
½ a Lime

GLASS – copper mug
METHOD – build over ice and stir gently with a swizzle stick or bar spoon
GARNISH – half a lime squeezed into mug

Best Brunch Caesar

2 oz. Sheringham Vodka
Walter Mild Caesar Mix
½ oz. Fable-made or fav BBQ sauce
1 oz. fresh Organic Lime Juice
spice to taste

Rim a 16 oz. glass with lemon pepper, build in the glass over ice, stir well. Garnish with bacon (we use our house smoked), pickled beans and lime wedge.
