Dark Chocolate old fashioned

2 oz. Sheringham Dark Chocolate Vodka
1 Sugar Cube
2 shakes Bitters
½ oz. water
juice of 1 Orange Wedge

Place sugar cube in old fashioned glass, saturate with bitters, water, orange juice and muddle until dissolved. Add Dark Chocolate Vodka and ice. Garnish with orange slice or peel...enjoy!

Nutty Russian

1½ oz. Sheringham Dark Chocolate Vodka
½ - ¾ oz. Frangelico
½ oz. Coffee Liqueur

Pour over ice and garnish with fresh strawberries.

Dark Chocolate Sparkle

4 Mint Leaves muddled
1½ oz. Sheringham Dark Chocolate Vodka    
½ oz. Raspberry Syrup*
3 oz. Soda

Muddle mint, fill rocks glass with ice, add Dark Chocolate Vodka, raspberry syrup and top with soda. Garnish with fresh mint.

*Raspberry Syrup: 2 parts frozen raspberries, 1 part water and 1 part sugar. Put in pot, bring to boil and simmer for 10 min. Let cool and strain off seeds.
